Isaiah 41:27-29

New International Version

²⁷ I was the first to tell^(A) Zion, ‘Look, here they are!’
    I gave to Jerusalem a messenger of good news.^(B)
28 I look but there is no one^(C)—
    no one among the gods to give counsel,^(D)
    no one to give answer^(E) when I ask them.
²⁹ See, they are all false!
    Their deeds amount to nothing;^(F)
    their images^(G) are but wind^(H) and confusion.
